This page describes how the public SocietyMint website handles information. It does not describe a future society dashboard’s complete data practices; those will be provided before onboarding.
Enquiries you choose to share
Contact and demo forms collect your name, email, message and consent. Depending on the form and what you provide, they may also collect a phone number, society name, city, unit count and role. We store the enquiry, its reference, submission time and notification status in our database to handle and follow up on your request.
Please share only information needed for the conversation. Do not submit member records, payment credentials, passwords or sensitive documents through these forms.
How the website uses this information
We use enquiry details to understand your request and respond to you. Website hosting and any configured email delivery service process the information needed to operate the site and handle enquiries. We do not publish enquiry details on the website.
Cookies, theme preference and technical records
The website uses a session cookie to support secure form submissions and submission confirmations. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Neither is used as an advertising profile. This website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
The server may keep routine access and error logs. The form uses your IP address temporarily for request limiting; it is not stored as a field in the enquiry record.
Enquiry management
Enquiries are kept for follow-up and administration. A fixed retention period has not yet been set. You can ask us to review, correct or delete an enquiry by contacting us with enough information to identify your request. Please do not include additional sensitive information.
